The York County Bar Foundation in partnership with MidPenn Legal Services, presents a special Legal Lines program moderated by Glenn Smith, Esq., on The Impact of COVID 19 on Landlord/Tenant issues. In response to COVID 19; a judicial emergency has been declared and with it, a moratorium on evictions has been put in place. These measures have caused many questions regarding housing. The presentation will address changes in landlord/tenant law and the court processes to address landlord/tenant issues in York County.
